Jonathan Harris is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Elysium Legacy Group.

With a sharp focus on sustainable growth and operational excellence, Jonathan leads the firm’s vision to become a leader in the dynamic aerospace and defense industry.

Prior to his career in business, Jonathan served in the United States Navy SEAL Teams for nearly a decade. His military tenure included extensive experience in both training and operations abroad in Asia and the Middle East. Jonathan’s leadership capabilities were honed as the Lead Instructor for the maritime cell of SEAL Qualification Training, where he oversaw the preparation and instruction of over 500 future SEAL operators during the challenging training pipeline, ensuring they were equipped to excel in complex and high-stakes environments.

Jonathan’s distinctive background in special operations has provided him with a unique skill set in high-performance team building, strategic decision-making, and large-scale project management. These strengths are foundational to his approach to business, where he excels in driving organizational efficiency, cultivating strong partnerships, and navigating complex business landscapes.
