His prior role as President and CEO of Foundation Partners Group allowed him to modernize funeral services, creating meaningful, personalized experiences for grieving families. Brad’s remarkable journey includes serving as a nuclear engineering officer onboard a ballistic missile submarine during the Cold War. He is a distinguished graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Harvard Business School. His leadership experience also encompasses guiding Epcot theme park at Disney for over five years, where he demonstrated exceptional operational excellence and guest service — skills he now applies to elevate the dignity and quality of funeral care and legacy services.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Brad has been an active executive leadership team member of Project Opioid since 2018, contributing to vital efforts to combat the opioid epidemic in Florida.
