Meet Andrew Clark, the heart and soul behind Elysium Legacy Group (ELG) as the Chief Operating Officer. Andrew is not just an executive; he is a compassionate funeral care leader with deep expertise in large-scale operations, post-acquisition integration, and operational turnarounds for funeral homes and cemeteries.

Andrew’s expertise in serving grieving families reflects his unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality end-of-life care and fostering the growth of dignified, well-run funeral communities. He possesses a remarkable talent for transforming organizations by addressing core operational challenges, driving standardization, improving financial performance, and guiding teams toward thriving, sustainable funeral care operations that honor every family served.

With more than 20 years of senior funeral services operations leadership, Andrew brings a wealth of hands-on industry knowledge. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations and Chief Customer Officer at Foundation Partners Group, where he oversaw field operations for 275+ funeral home and cemetery locations across 21 states. In this role, he managed 1,700+ employees serving over 85,000 families annually, led successful post-acquisition integrations, and delivered sustained improvements in EBITDA and overall performance. He also oversaw enterprise-wide compliance, Environmental Health & Safety, and customer experience initiatives.

A licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, Andrew is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with training from Cornell University. He currently serves as a board member on the Florida Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services and is a published industry thought leader on funeral service operations, customer experience, and memorialization.
