Bob has worked in the deathcare sector for more than 30 years in a variety of roles,

from Funeral Director to Chief Operating Officer. Roles in funeral, cemetery, cremation

serving people and their pets have created a unique skill set generating insights into the

inter-dependencies of each segment.

One key aspect of Bob’s leadership is the commitment to allow local leaders to lead.

Local leaders know their market and what families desire, deserve and expect.

Whether funeral, cemetery or cremation each family can only be served one family at a

time. Create clear measure of success, equip employees to succeed and then get out

of the way!

Guiding each step in family care and service is the overriding desire to “do the right

thing!”. Listen to each family creating unique services of remembrance. Rather than

say “we don’t do it that way”, or “we have never done that”, find ways to say “Yes!”.

Bob works to create systems, processes and utilize automation to create more

opportunities to spend time with families or in the community.
